Hong Kong reported 246 deaths and 14,149 new confirmed cases of Covid-19 on Sunday, the lowest daily number in more than three weeks, up from more than 50,000 a day earlier in the month. However, the number of deaths remains high, with 246 new fatalities, 41 of which are in arrears.
