Maruti Suzuki India Limited today rolled out a new Customer Convenience Package (CCP) for its customers. This new customer convenience package covers customer vehicles for unforeseen engine failures due to hydrostatic locking and fuel counterfeiting.

The initiative aims to further strengthen the company’s after-sales service with customers.

Partho Banerjee, Senior Executive Director, Service, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, elaborated on the Customer Convenience Package, saying: “It is our constant pursuit to provide our customers with a hassle-free and delightful car ownership experience. In our customer survey, we found that customers today are more risk averse when it comes to their car and believe that they should be prepared for any eventuality related to their vehicle.”

He added: “Furthermore, they are looking for assurance and convenience of service from the manufacturers for the maintenance of their cars. With that in mind, we are introducing our new product offering known as CCP. CCP is specifically designed to provide customers with assurance in the event of unwarranted and unforeseen vehicle engine failures due to hydrostatic locking or fuel counterfeiting.”

“Our customers have the choice to sign up for one of these packages and enjoy benefits at any Maruti Suzuki authorized workshop nationwide,” he said.
